MyRounders (myrounders.co.uk) runs social rounders leagues across South Wales. These terms govern your use of the MyRounders iOS app and the player portal at app.myrounders.co.uk. Questions: contact@myrounders.co.uk.
Acceptance and scope
By creating a MyRounders account, or by using the app or portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to everything you do through MyRounders — registering, joining teams, playing in leagues, umpiring, messaging and making payments.
Eligibility
You must meet our minimum age requirements to register: female players may join from age 14, and all other players from age 16. Players under 18 are youth players and may only take part with the consent of a parent or guardian, whose details we collect as part of that consent. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
Your account
- Your account is personal to you — do not share it or let anyone else use it.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.
- Tell us straight away at contact@myrounders.co.uk if you think your account has been compromised.
- One account per person. Creating accounts to evade a suspension or ban is not permitted.
Payments
MyRounders charges for real-world services: club membership (which includes benefits such as personal accident insurance and unlimited play), match fees, season commitments and league registrations. All payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. Where a game is forfeited or cancelled, any applicable refunds or fee adjustments are handled through the app or by the league. See our Privacy Policy for how payment records are handled.
User content and conduct
MyRounders includes team and league chats, help conversations, polls, and photo uploads. When you post or upload content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it complies with these terms.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on objectionable content and abusive behaviour. The following are never acceptable anywhere on MyRounders:
- Harassment, bullying or intimidation of any person;
- Hate speech or discrimination of any kind;
- Threats or incitement of violence;
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content;
- Spam, scams or deliberately misleading content;
- Any content that is unlawful, or that exploits or endangers young people.
- Reporting — you can report any message, photo or other content in the app. Every report is reviewed and actioned within 24 hours.
- Blocking — you can block another user in the app at any time; you will no longer see their content and they cannot contact you through MyRounders.
- Enforcement — MyRounders may remove any content and may suspend or permanently eject offending accounts, without notice, at our sole discretion.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app or portal under MyAccount → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records are retained where the law requires it — see the Privacy Policy for details of what is kept and for how long.
Liability
Rounders is a physical sport and you take part at your own risk; club membership includes personal accident insurance for eligible members. We provide the app and portal with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
